The Managing Director of the National Inland Waterways Authority (NIWA), Mr. Bola Oyebamiji, has extended heartfelt congratulations to the founding Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Chief Adebisi Akande, as he marks his 86th birthday.
In a message shared with news outlets in Ikire on Thursday, Oyebamiji praised Baba Bisi Akande as a "rare breed" whose influence and contributions to the APC are invaluable.
