Following the Edo decides 2020 electoral battle, The Independent National Electoral
Commission has finally declared the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP), Godwin Obaseki, winner of the governorship election in Edo State after toltal collation of votes casted.
INEC ’s Returning Officer, Prof. Akpofure Rim - Rukeh, announced the result of the election on Sunday.
INEC’s Returning Officer said APC polled 223,619 votes, while PDP got 307,955 votes.
