Breasts self examination can helps prevent cancer if it's quickly detected, this is an essential fact I will like to share about self examination of the breast.
Do you know that lumps gradually turns to cancer, how do I detect lump?
you can easily detect through breast self examination.. Below are the procedures to detect lumps in the breasts.
(1) lie down flat and put your left arm under your head,use your right hand to examine your left breast with your 3 middle finger gentle moving in circular motion over the entire breast to check for any lump from your colar-bone above your breast down to your ribs below your breast..
(2) look at your breast in front of a mirror with your to hand on your hips,look for lump,size and shape or any swelling in your breast.
(3)Raise one arm then the other hand so you can check under your arm for breast lumps..
(4)Squeeze your breast nipple gently between your thumb and index finger,if you discover any discharge/fluid or any changes in your breast,kindly report to your health care consultant.
