NYSC review:Davido unveils why he registered for NYSC

Nigerian music superstar, Davido, is
currently trending online after he
registered for the National Youth Service
Corps.
The move not only surprised a lot of people,
it was also very pleasing to many others
especially those who may be serving in the
same NYSC camp as the Nwa Baby crooner.
Following the buzz surrounding the video
of Davido in NYSC uniform, the award
winning singer has finally unveiled why he
registered for the one-year mandatory
National Youth Service Corps.

The OBO crooner, after signing his oath of
allegiance form, revealed to newsmen at
the NYSC camp that he registered due to his
strong passion for the scheme. He went on
to also promise that he would adhere to the
rules and regulations.
“As a young age Nigerian, I would not want
to miss the opportunity to be part of the
service year. I registered for the scheme due
to my strong passion for NYSC,” he said.
The singer had caused quite a ruckus when
he arrived at the camp in Lagos, where he
would be serving. He shared his Nysc photo on his social media handle andalso shared a photo of the
reactions of corp members excited to see
him.
