Nigerian actress Funke Akindele-
Bello’s name has been removed from
the upcoming Avengers movie cast
It was gathered that the actress was
never contacted by the movie makers
The actress’ name was reportedly
included on Marvel Cinematic Universe
website after it was hacked by
unknown individuals
Nigerians were excited and many people
celebrated for Nigerian actress Funke
Akindele-Bello after news broke on
Wednesday, January 10, that the actress
would appear in upcoming Hollywood
superhero movie.
You may recall that reports surfaced that
the actress would act as a member of the
all-female guards known as Dora Milaje
in the Black Panther franchise. The
reports surfaced after her name was
sighted on the Marvel Cinematic Universe
website.
It was gathered that the multi-award
winning actress’ name was included in
the Avengers Infinity War cast after the
Marvel Cinematic Universe site was
hacked. A Nigerian who came across her
name after the site was hacked
reportedly shared the news on social
media.

found out about the incident after the
news broke. It was gathered that the
actress never acknowledged the news on
any of her social media platforms
because it was not true.
The Avengers Infinity War is the first
time all the heroes from Marvel comics
would appear together in a movie. It is
regarded as one of the biggest Marvel
movies due to the fact that the movie
would feature several superheroes from
different franchises from Marvel
Cinematic Universe...
