Popular Nigerian singer mercilessly beaten and robbed by 4 men in Lagos hotel (photo)

Popular Nigerian singer Mr 2kay was
on Sunday, October 22, beaten and
robbed in his room at Eko Hotel and
Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos.
According to reports, the singer was said
to have finished his performance at the
Buckwyld and Breathless concert when
he walked up to his room around 11pm
when the unfortunate incident happened.
It was gathered that the four-man gang
robbers gained entrance into his room
after he mistook one of them for room
service.

They were reported to have forced their
way into the room and threatened the
singer not to make noise or they will kill
him. Mr 2kay who was in the room with
a friend tried to struggle with the
robbers but he was mercilessly beaten in
the process. His friend was then locked
in the bathroom.
The singer who is currently getting
medical attention was reportedly tied up
while they made away with phones,
money, jewelry, clothes, perfumes and
other valuable items. The intercom was
also disengaged in order to avoid any
form of communication till they were
gone..
